①About Us
Our school is an integrated elementary and middle school international school located in Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture.
Welcome! Welcome to the official website of Cross Mission Christian School. Cross Mission Christian School is an international elementary and middle school located in Matsushiro, Tsukuba, Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan.
We will strive to create a school culture that does not cause problems such as bullying and truancy by providing quality elementary education based on Biblical truth and love, which is the most important thing for human beings and has been our educational goal since our school was founded.
In addition, because we believe that the very existence of teachers who are directly involved with students has a significant impact on their education, we have made it a rule that all of our teachers are deeply religious Christians.
In Tsukuba City, there are many parents who are struggling with motivating their children to learn, childcare problems, depression, and truancy issues. If you are not a Christian, or if you are not confident in your English ability, you can still enroll in our school. Please feel free to contact us for an individual interview.
②School Concept
There is an education that is possible because of Christian values.
The characteristics of our school are as follows: 1) We practice "Holistic Education" such as spirituality, physicality, mentality, humanity, and sociality based on the Christian spirit. In addition, it can be said that the program fosters "high basic academic skills" necessary for more advanced and specialized education, and "fosters international people" through a proactive and interactive international educational program, which takes about 12 years to complete in a systematic and continuous manner.
Our school is a member of ACSI (Association of Christian Schools International), the world's largest accrediting body for Christian education, with over one million students in 101 countries. We will make full use of our extensive network of faithful Christians in Japan and abroad to provide support systems for educational environments and career choices.
In an age where the emphasis is on efficiency and the elimination of useless and uneven things, why don't you "come back" to an education based on God's love?
Teachers, staff, parents, and churches should work together to "love one another" as written in the Bible, and hold in our hearts the desire for the "revival" of true education for children, and seriously envision the future of our children 10 to 20 years from now (Isaiah 61.4).
