We visited Tsukuba City Recycling Center!

Today, we visited the “Tsukuba City Recycling Center” (inside Tsukuba Sustaina Square) in Mimori, Tsukuba City.
This facility is also very meaningful for the local community as a place to learn about the importance of recycling and waste disposal.
The staff at the recycling center explained the waste disposal system and the importance of recycling very carefully, and the students were able to realize the importance of sorting waste and making effective use of resources in their daily lives through the tour.
There were things they could actually see and touch inside the recycling center, which deepened their learning. ✨
During the tour, everyone was particularly surprised and impressed by the recycling machines and how waste is actually processed and recycled.
As teachers and staff, we hope that through these experiences and tours at recycling centers and other places, the students’ awareness will deepen, and they will understand the importance of creating a sustainable society and contributing to the community and be able to put it into practice. I pray in the name of the Lord that this experience will remain in the students’ hearts and become an important step in taking on the responsibility of the future society! Amen! ✨
