Tsukuba Love of Christ Church is located about a 3-minute walk from the intersection of National Route 408 (Ushiku Gakuen Street) and Tsuchiura Gakuen Street. Whether you are coming by car or public transportation, our church is easy to find and easy to reach for first-time visitors.

Coming by Car
Our church is located along Tsuchiura Gakuen Street, making it easy to reach by car from nearby areas. Parking is available. If this is your first visit, please contact us in advance or speak with one of our greeters when you arrive, and we’ll be happy to show you where to park.
You can easily reach us by car from Ushiku, Moriya, Tsuchiura, as well as the rapidly growing Kenkyu-Gakuen and Banpaku Kinen Koen areas.
Coming by Bus or Train
If you are not driving, you can also reach us by bus. The nearest bus stop is next to Kajihata Children’s Park, just a short walk from the church.
It is about a 3-minute walk from either the “Kajihata Children’s Park” or “Matsushiro 2-chome” bus stop on the Matsushiro Loop Bus. You can also take a bus from Tsukuba Station.
Many students, researchers, and international students from University of Tsukuba, AIST, NIMS, NARO, and other nearby institutions worship with us. If you study or work in the Tsukuba area, you’ll find our church easy to access and a welcoming church where you can build meaningful relationships.
Free Shuttle Service
Some people visiting our church for the first time tell us, “I’m not sure where the church is,” or “I’m a little nervous about coming by myself.”

Our free Sunday shuttle service was created with people like you in mind. Whether you’re new to Tsukuba or visiting our church for the very first time, we’re here to help you arrive safely and without stress. We’d be happy to make your first visit a little easier.
The shuttle operates on Sundays before our worship services, at approximately 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.. The ride from the pickup location to the church takes about 5–15 minutes.
